Research Interests:
The keywords of my lab’s project are food chemistry and functional factor, and three areas of work are our particular focuses, including Effect and mechanism of food factors on longevity , prevention of Parkinson’s disease (PD) and several life-style related diseases, such as arteriosclerosis, diabetes and cancers;
Relation of brain polysatuated fatty acid peroxidation, dopamine and PDs mechanism;
Metabolisms of food factor and food pest in vitro and in vivo.
