Research Interests:
Our research focuses on food safety microbiology. We are interested in molecular identification, antimicrobial resistance, and pathogenicity of major foodborne pathogens, including Shiga toxin-producing Echerichia coli, Campylobacter, Salmonella, and Listeria monocytogenes.
