In June 1999, graduated from the College of Economics and Management of the Beijing Forestry University and gained bachelor degree of the forestry economics. In June 2008, graduated from the College of Economics and Management of the Beijing Forestry University and gained doctoral degree of the forestry economics. Once worked in Beijing Guanghua Timber Factory as production planner. Since 2008, work in Beijing Forestry University and hold teaching course of the Forest Administration, the Natural Resource and Environment Economics, and the Forest Economics. Main research interests cover the farmers’ forest management behaviors, the development of forest land use right rental market, and the policy conflicts of administration on collective forest in nature reserves. In the past 10 years, there has published more than 50 academic papers on international and domestic journal, and 4 monopolies in Chinese. Host and join in more than 20 scientific research projects. Once serve the ADB, the WWF, the CIDA, the GEF and the AlashanSEE as consultation experts.
