Research Interests:

Development of structurally novel ligand to probe conformation, interaction, and the action of estrogen receptor subtypes, and to uncover novel, selective biological activities for improving therapeutics that target the estrogen receptor. Discovery of novel selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) for estrogen receptor and novel hybrid agents for breast cancer therapy.
