　　Research Interests:

　　Jingdun Jia has been insists on organizing and promoting the research of the agricultural and rural development strategy and relevant science and technology innovation strategy and policy. Jingdun Jia, as a leader, has carried out strategic researches concerning China's nutrition and health industry, food industry, biological seed industry, biomass energy, agricultural science and technology finance, food and agricultural production, agricultural products circulation, urbanization and village construction for agricultural science and technology innovation in agriculture and rural areas. Moreover, he has published a number of monographs and reports.

　　Jingdun Jia has engaged in the project management of national 863 plan, agricultural supporting planning, village construction and such major projects, also the management of the Spark program, National Agricultural Science and technology achievements transformation funds, science and technology enriching the people and country, and such policy guidance plans. Under new situations, he strived to promote international cooperation in rural areas, actively promote the agricultural science and technology cooperation with other international organizations such as the UNDP and other countries such as Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand and Pakistan, and continuously improve the level of international cooperation.
