Research interests include the allergenicity assessment of the genetically modified (GM) crops, the evaluation the effects of food processing on food allergens, and the identification and detection of food allergens. Her research interests also include the extraction, evaluation, and characterization of antioxidative phenolic compounds in functional foods and agriculture by-products.
