Education Background:

2006  Graduated from the Department of Population and Labor Economics, Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, with a PhD in Economics

2000  Graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences with a major in agricultural economics and management and received a master's degree in management.

1997  Graduated from the Agricultural Science Department of Anhui Agricultural Technology Normal University (now the Agricultural College of Anhui University of Science and Technology), majoring in Agricultural Science

Working Experiences:

March 2005-present  Institute of Rural Development, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He was appointed as an associate researcher in 2010, director of the Poverty and Welfare Research Office in 2014, and researcher in 2018.

August 2000-March 2005 Institute of Suburban Economics, Beijing Rural Economic Research Center, as an assistant researcher.

Research Interests:

Migrant workers and urbanization, poverty and well-being, sustainable agricultural development
