Research Interests:
His research group focuses primarily on dietary nutrition intervention for gut and brain health. The main areas of research include investigating the mechanisms of gut-brain interaction in brain disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, autism, anxiety, and depression in specific populations. They also study the impact and mechanisms of characteristic dietary patterns on brain health, as well as the discovery and evaluation of functional nutritional components.
