No-destructive determination of food composition, food quality and food authenticity; Smart and green food packaging; Food 3D printing technology; Electrochemical techniques for the determination of heavy metal in food; Fluorescent nanoprobe and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy for the determination of pesticide residue in food and agricultural products, etc.
