  Research Interests:

  In recent years, the research interests of professor Ma Haile focused on the food physical processing technology research and equipment development, and successfully applied the modern physics technology such as sound, light, electricity,  magnetism and force to the food deep processing (such as enzyme digestion, fermentation and extraction) and the preliminary processing of agricultural products (such as drying, killing insects, cleaning, preservation, etc).

  Professional Activities:

  Peer review of numerous scientific journals and governmental funding agencies

  Member of various scientific technical committees for national regulatory agencies
