 The paper presents that economization of the forest ecological valueis an important way to promote economically to protect forest. In the economic transformation system of ecological value, the paper construct and simulate a stochastic control model of ecological value economization, then offer some proposals and results about forest management and ecological serve pricing decisions: the government may play a role in the effect on the economic motivationby means of some economic measures, such as price, taxation, reward, penalty, dynamiccompensate and transaction, and then producesyntheticeconomical, ecological and social benefit of the forest ecosystem.
