Efficient utilization of water and fertilizer is the core of crop yield, resource efficiency and environmental security, which is also the important breakthrough point to realize sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the scientific idea of ‘mechanism study- theoretical modeling-countermeasures’, the reporter systematically studied the effects of various environmental factors on the migration process and the mechanism of water-fertilizer-salt. A prediction model of water, fertilizer and salt migration, a dynamic model of soil, water and fertilizer loss control, as well as the model of crop water productivity and root
growth were established. Furthermore,the reporter also clarified the process of agricultural solid waste compost and fermentation, and innovated the compost fermentation equipment with precision control technology, which finally improve the production efficiency of compost and fermentation. The innovation of theory and technology has effectively facilitated the sustainable development of green agriculture.
